Client Detail Overview
One client, gathered on a single page. Who they are, what they bought, what they owe and everything that has happened on the account.
Opening the Screen
Open a client from the list, or any client link in the panel, and you land here. The address carries the record: {admin}/users/detail?id={client}. Each tab adds itself to the address as well, so a page can be linked to exactly where you were.
What Is on the Screen
The header strip
Above the tabs, the client's name sits next to a row of chips that read left to right in order of meaning.
The tabs
Most tabs are always listed, empty or not: an empty Support Requests tab means this client has never written in. The Reseller tab is the exception - it appears only when the reseller system is switched on for the whole installation, so its absence says nothing about this particular client.
Tasks
Work inside the client's own panel
- Use the sign-in-as-client action on the record.
- The client area opens as that client, in a separate tab, without needing their password.
- Your admin session stays open in the original tab; you can move between the two.
Block a client
- Set the account status to blocked from the record.
- Sign-in closes immediately. Orders, services and invoices are untouched.
- Blocking is reversible; deleting is not.
Add the client to the blacklist
- Click Add to Blacklist in the account status strip. The window opens with the client's identity strip at the top: picture or initials, name and ID, company and email. Two marks next to it show how many active services and unpaid invoices the restrictions would touch. Pick a Reason from the list and add notes if you want.
- Under Screenshots you can attach evidence images (PNG or JPG, up to 10). Only signed-in staff can open them.
- Under Restrictions, tick what the entry should enforce and confirm. The entry keeps the reason, the date and your name; the strip shows a badge for each active restriction. From then on the client's rows in the search palette and the client list carry a Blacklisted badge.
Each restriction works on its own and takes effect immediately:
Edit the blacklist entry
- Click Remove from Blacklist in the account status strip, then Edit at the bottom of the window.
- Change the Reason, the notes or the ticked Restrictions. Tick a stored screenshot to remove it, or add new ones under Screenshots.
- When you untick Suspend services, a Reactivate suspended services option appears; leave it ticked to bring the services back. Save to apply. The original author and date stay on the entry.
Remove the client from the blacklist
- Click Remove from Blacklist in the account status strip. The window opens with the same identity strip and impact marks at the top. Below them it shows who added the entry, when and why, with any screenshots.
- Tick Reactivate suspended services if the suspended services should come back, then confirm. All restrictions stop at once.
Things to Watch
Every blocked action shows the client the same neutral Terms of Service message. The message links to your terms page. Unpaid invoices stay payable, so the client can still settle their debt.
Switching tabs changes the address. Copying it hands over the page you are actually looking at. That is worth doing when you ask a colleague to check something.
Everything you do there happens as the client, on their live account. It is the fastest way to see what they see. It is also the fastest way to place an order in their name by accident.
Never suspend, never cancel and no late fee stay on until you take them off. They are meant for a handful of accounts, not for a whole client group.
Required Privileges
The record opens with a privilege from the USERS group. Changing anything needs USERS_OPERATION, deleting needs USERS_DELETE, and the credit, reseller, affiliate and personal-data areas have their own privileges (USERS_MANAGE_CREDIT, USERS_DEALERSHIP, USERS_AFFILIATE, USERS_GDPR).
