Linked Services
The Linked Services tab lists every client service created from this product, so you can open one without leaving the page.
Opening the Screen
Open a product for editing from the Products menu, then click the Linked Services tab: {admin}/products/edit?id={id}&configuration=linked-services.
The tab is available for every product type.
What Is on the Screen
A table pre-filtered to this product, with a search box and a page-size selector above it and pagination below. Columns: ID, Client, Service, Price, Created, Renewal Date, Due Date, and Status. Each row's menu offers only View, which opens the service's own detail page. There is no selection column and no bulk actions here. The table loads only after the tab is opened, so it never slows down the rest of the page.
Tasks
Finding and opening a service
- Type a client name, email, or service name into the search box to narrow the list.
- Click a row's ID or Service link, or open its row menu and choose View.
Result: the Services detail page opens for that subscription, where it can be managed directly.
Things to Watch
Suspended, cancelled, and completed services appear here too. Check the Status column before acting on a row.
If the tab opens but the table stays empty or shows an error, the account is missing the Services module's view permission, separate from the Products permissions below.
Required Privileges
Viewing the product and this tab needs PRODUCTS_LOOK or PRODUCTS_OPERATION.
