The Other tab holds settings outside pricing, automation, and requirements: subdomains, commission, client transfers, and client-facing content.

Opening the Screen

Open a product for editing from the Products menu, then click the Other tab: {admin}/products/edit?id={id}&configuration=other.

The tab is available for every product type.

What Is on the Screen

A single settings form lists these fields: subdomain options, affiliate management, client-to-client transfer, and a file upload hidden for Software products. It also holds delivery information, a product image, and an external purchase link. Delivery information and the external purchase link each have their own language tabs, since clients read them in their own language.

Fields

Subdomain OptionsEligible subdomains, one per line, for example .example.com, shown to the client while ordering. Leave empty to hide the option.

Affiliate ManagementCheckbox that excludes this product from the affiliate program entirely. Off by default.

Commission PercentageA per-product commission rate. Leave empty to use the system-wide rate. Grayed out while Affiliate Management is checked.

Client-To-Client Service TransferLets clients transfer this service to each other. The current owner starts the transfer with their own account password, and only the recipient gets an emailed approval link that has to be clicked before ownership moves. A Limit field appears once turned on; leave it empty for unlimited transfers.

Upload FileA file the client can download once the order is paid. Not shown for Software products.

Delivery TitleA short label and description for what you deliver, for example a license code, shown on the paid service's detail page. Optional, per language.

Product ImageAn image shown on the service detail page in the client area.

External PurchaseA link and button title that send clients to a different website to buy this product, instead of WISECP's own checkout. Optional, per language.

Tasks

Offering subdomains and client-to-client transfers

List the eligible subdomains in Subdomain Options, one per line.
Check Client-To-Client Service Transfer and, if needed, set a transfer Limit.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Result: clients ordering this product can pick a listed subdomain, and existing clients can request a transfer to another client.

Managing affiliate commission

Leave Affiliate Management unchecked and set Commission Percentage for a custom rate, or check it to exclude the product entirely.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Result: affiliate commissions for future sales of this product follow the rate you set, or stop if excluded.

Adding client-facing content

Upload a file in Upload File if the client should receive one after payment (not available for Software products).
Write Delivery Title and its description, and upload a Product Image, in each language tab you support.
If clients should buy elsewhere, fill in External Purchase with the link and button title.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Result: the client's service detail page shows the image, delivery text, and file, or the external link, in their own language.

Things to Watch

Software products never show the file upload

They deliver through the Licensing tab instead, so Upload File does not appear for them.

The commission field needs Affiliate Management unchecked

Commission Percentage stays grayed out while Affiliate Management is checked. The product is then fully excluded from the affiliate program.

Delivery and purchase text are per language

Delivery Title, its description, and External Purchase are per-tab text. Nothing appears in a language until that tab is filled in.

Required Privileges

Viewing the product and this tab needs PRODUCTS_LOOK or PRODUCTS_OPERATION. Saving changes made here needs PRODUCTS_OPERATION.
