Clients (With Balance)

89 Aufrufe Markdown

The clients who hold money on their account, ranked by how much, so you can see where prepaid credit is sitting.

Opening the Screen

WAnalytics has its own entry in the admin menu. Open it, choose Clients in the left rail, then With Balance.

Direct address: {admin}/wanalytics/clients/by-account-credits

What Is on the Screen

The report reads top to bottom in three blocks.

Figures Balance, the total credit held across every client, and Clients, how many accounts hold it.
Balance Tiers The same clients split into four bands, each with its count and its share of the total.
Clients (With Balance) The list itself, with its own filter, search box and download button.

This report has no date range. It reads balances as they stand right now.

Balance Tiers

The band follows the balance after conversion to the panel currency.

High 5,000 and above
Medium 1,000 to 4,999.99
Low 100 to 999.99
Minimal 0.01 to 99.99

A converted balance under 0.01, or one between two bands (99.99 to 100, for example), stays without a band. Those rows carry no badge and are left out of the band counts. The two figures at the top still include them.

The Client List

One row per client, five columns.

Client Name and company. It opens the client record when your role may view clients. Blacklisted accounts also carry a shield button with the reason behind the mark. Accounts with an administrator note carry a note button.
Balance The amount converted to the panel currency, with the sum the client actually holds under it. Rows that land in a band carry a band badge under that. Accounts already in the panel currency show one plain figure.
Last Activity When the client last signed in.
Last Credit Added When credit was last added to the account.
Status The state of the account itself, such as active or blocked.

The list opens sorted by balance, highest first. The balance and the two date columns can be re-sorted from their heading.

Fields

All Balance Levels Narrows the list to one band. Each option also shows the range that band covers. Optional; the default is every band.
Search Matches the name, e-mail address and company name.
Rows per page 10, 25, 50, 100 or all. It sits under the list and starts at 10.

Tasks

Review one balance band

  1. Open the filter above the list and choose a band, for example High.
  2. The list reloads with only that band's clients; the figures above stay on the whole report.
  3. Choose All Balance Levels to bring everyone back.

Take the list out of the panel

  1. Click the download icon, a downward arrow next to the search box.
  2. Choose CSV, JSON or XML.
  3. The file arrives with the whole filtered list, not the page you were looking at.

Keep the report as a document

  1. Click the Download as PDF button at the top right of the report.
  2. The figures, the bands and the list are captured; the filter, search and pager stay out.
  3. Your logo, when one is set, and the panel's domain name are added, so the file can go to someone outside the panel.

Things to Watch

Pay back the amount the client holds

The balance column carries two figures. The converted one is a reading at today's rate and moves with the rate. The client holds the amount below it, so use that one when money goes back.

Only positive balances appear

A client whose balance is zero, or who has never been credited, is not on this list. The two figures at the top cover the listed clients only.

Required Privileges

The whole of WAnalytics opens with one privilege: WANALYTICS. Two things on this screen follow your other permissions. The client name is a link only if you may view client records, and the download button appears only if you may export lists.
