Services (By Country)

92 Aufrufe Markdown

See which countries your services sit in, how many each holds and what revenue comes from them.

Opening the Screen

Open WAnalytics, then choose Services and By Country in the left rail: {admin}/wanalytics/services/by-country

The chosen period travels in the address: {admin}/wanalytics/services/by-country?filter[range]=2026-07-01 - 2026-07-31

What Is on the Screen

The report opens with three figures for the chosen period, then the map, then a ranked list and the country register. The information mark next to the title repeats what the report is for.

Services How many services were created in the period. Cancelled ones stay out.
Revenue What those services are worth, converted into the installation's local currency.
Countries How many separate countries the register lists.
Country Distribution A world map with one mark per country, the mark growing with the service count. Clicking a mark opens the country name, the count, its share and the revenue.
Ranked list Under the map, the mapped countries ordered by service count with their share.
Register One row per country, its emblem shown in front of the name. Search, page size and download sit around it.

Fields

Date Range The period the whole report is built from. Quick ranges sit in the calendar-range menu beside the field: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year; your own dates are picked in the calendar. Not required; until you choose one, the last 30 days apply.
Apply The button beside the date field. It opens the report again with the range that stands in the box, even when you have not changed it.
Search... Matches the country name in the register.
Country The country on the client's profile, named in the panel language.
Services How many services that country holds, with its share of the total underneath.
Revenue Total value of those services.
Avg. Service Value Revenue divided by the number of services on that row.

Tasks

Change the period

  1. Click the date field at the top right of the report.
  2. Pick a ready choice. Figures, map, ranked list and register all move to that period at once.
  3. For your own dates, click the date field, mark a start and an end in the calendar, then close it (click outside); the page reloads with that range.

Read a country on the map

  1. Move over the map and click the mark on the country you want.
  2. A small panel opens with the country name, service count, share and revenue.
  3. For the exact amounts, find the same country in the register below.

Download the register

  1. Click the download button beside the search box.
  2. Choose CSV, JSON or XML.
  3. The file carries every row that matches the current search, not only the page on screen.

Things to Watch

Clients with no country are left out

The country comes from the client's profile. A service whose client has no country recorded joins no row here, so the total can sit below the service count on the overview report.

The map can hold fewer countries than the register

A mark needs coordinates for the country. Where those are missing, the country keeps its row in the register and its share of the figures, but appears neither on the map nor in the ranked list under it.

Cancelled services are not here

Every figure leaves cancelled services out. To see what was lost and where, use the cancelled services report.

Required Privileges

Reaching the report needs the WANALYTICS privilege. The download button appears for staff who also hold the table export permission.
