Invoice Summary
The whole invoice on one screen: what is owed, the lines behind it, and the controls that move it.
Reaching the Screen
Summary is the first tab and opens with the invoice: {admin}/invoices/detail?id={invoice}&tab=summary.
What Is on the Screen
Four bands.
The figure card
A paid invoice states what was collected, with its date and method under it. Other states state what is owed, with a bar showing what is collected. Beside it: the status badge, an overdue day count, the exchange rate. Add Payment appears while something is owed. A formalized invoice shows a Formalized badge under the dates. When an integration such as Paraşüt issued the document, its logo and name sit beside the badge. If the document file is on the server, the E-Invoice PDF button at the right end of that row downloads it. Before formalization the same row shows where the integration stands: Not Official, Processing or Failed. The button at its right sends the document, or retries it. While the Paraşüt add-on is enabled, the customer downloads the same document with the E-Invoice PDF button on their own invoice page; the button in the formalization notification e-mail leads to the same protected download.
The status panel
Another state, such as Payment Pending, is an inactive chip. Update Status opens once a change is pending. The current state is refused, unless you pick Paid again to fix the method.
The invoice items
Each line opens as a card. Its icon shows the type; the description links to the service. Chips carry the order type, service number, billing cycle and period; quantity, unit price and total sit at the right. Add-ons sit under their line and start folded; the Add-ons row shows their count and total, and a click opens them. An invoice without lines opens straight in the form.
Hovering a line turns its icon into a pencil. A click opens a small panel under the line with its description, quantity and unit price. The line and the ledger follow as you type. Save Item saves the invoice and reloads the page. Cancel (or Esc) puts the line back. All Options opens the form with that line's More Options expanded. One line at a time; Edit Items waits meanwhile. A paid invoice shows no pencil.
Edit Items, at the right of the section title, replaces the cards with the form. There each line has description, quantity, price and a fixed total. More Options adds Tax Free, Tax Rate, Discount, Disc. Type, Linked Service and Item Period End. Discounts and taxes already applied show as chips.
Linked Service opens only on a line added this session. The three dots give Split to New Invoice, Add Sub Item, Duplicate and Delete; the bin does the same.
With Selected deletes ticked lines, or splits them onto a new unpaid invoice. It inherits currency, tax settings and due date; one line must stay. Add New Item opens an empty line. A paid invoice keeps the cards and has no Edit Items button. The note The invoice is paid, so its items are locked. sits beside the section title.
The ledger
An unpaid or draft invoice is recalculated from its lines whenever this tab opens. Other states show stored figures.
How a line reaches its total
Gross is quantity times price. Discounts come off it before tax, capped at the gross. Tax applies to what remains, unless the invoice or line is exempt, and a line's own rate beats the invoice rate. The Total column is base plus tax.
The discount group
Discounts opens into the rows behind it.
| Row | Source | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Discount Lines | negative lines | Subtotal keeps positives only. |
| Coupon Discount | a coupon | A tax free coupon exempts the line. |
| Reseller Discount | reseller tier | Includes product overrides. |
| Promotion Discount | older promotion | Marked Legacy; no new ones. |
| Group Discount | client group | Stacking is a group setting. |
| Service Discount | linked service | Applies to that line. |
| Custom Discount | line Discount box | Amount or percent, via Disc. Type. |
| Item removed, discount preserved | orphan share | Counted, not deducted. |
A share with a rate is repriced on save; a fixed coupon keeps its figure.
The tax group
Total Tax is absent on a tax exempt invoice. On a tax inclusive invoice the Price box carries tax; on a tax exclusive one it is the net. Without a stored rate, the rate shown beside it is derived.

Things to Watch
Marking an invoice paid runs what its lines describe. Periods are extended, add-ons and orders activated, coupons consumed. Unpaid removes the income record, but not what the lines did.
Add as expense and Add as account credit only note the method. Refund via payment gateway sends the money back, and the panel cannot recall it.
Its lines cannot be edited, deleted or split. Move it back to Unpaid first.
Required Privileges
Reading needs INVOICES_LOOK or INVOICES_OPERATION. Writing needs INVOICES_OPERATION: status change, item save, split, notification send. Controls appear either way; the refusal comes on clicking.
