Configuration Service
The Configuration Service turns an installed panel into one that is ready to sell: payment, tax, e-mail and security settings are made, and the server is tuned for WISECP. You reach the point of taking your first order in one step.
Getting the Service
The service is bought from the store and billed once. It requires the installation to be finished already.
We handle the panel settings and the server tuning. Billed once.
What the Service Covers
Two sides are handled together: the panel's settings and the server itself.

| Scheduled tasks | Cron scheduling is set up. Billing, renewals and notifications depend on it. |
| The SMTP connection is defined and the notification templates are adjusted. | |
| Payment | The payment methods you will use are defined and tested. |
| Tax | Tax rules are entered for your country and customer types. |
| Security | The panel's security settings are applied. |
| Branding | Your logo and colour scheme are applied. |
| Server | PHP extensions, memory and timeout limits, OPcache and database settings are tuned. |
Verification
Once the settings are in place, they are shown working: a test order is created, a test e-mail is sent, and the cron job is checked.
Tasks
Starting the service
- Buy the service from the store.
- Open a support ticket and share what is needed for your payment methods, tax rules and branding.
- When the configuration is done, the verification results are posted to the ticket.
Things to Watch
Gateway keys, tax rates and logo files are yours to provide. Having them ready shortens the process.
Optimisation requires access to the server. On shared hosting some settings can only be changed by your hosting provider.
