Theme Settings Overview

Theme/Customization is where you manage your site's visual identity: the active theme, logos, homepage layout, page backgrounds, and admin panel look, all from one set of tabs.

Opening the Screen

Open Settings, then select Theme/Customization. The screen also opens directly at:

{admin}/settings/theme

Each tab below has its own address, so you can bookmark or share a link straight to it: add ?group=logo, ?group=theme, or ?group=home to the address above.

What Is on the Screen

A row of tabs sits at the top of the page:

• Logo/Branding — the logos and brand colors used on the website, client area, invoices, and (with a Whitelabel package) the admin panel.
• Manage Theme — the gallery of installed themes and the store of premium themes you can buy.
• Home — the sections shown on your homepage, one set per language.
• Backgrounds — the header background images used across your page types.
• Advanced — maintenance mode, the admin panel font, and a few page-layout switches.

Home and Backgrounds only appear if your admin account holds the matching privilege (see below); Logo/Branding, Manage Theme, and Advanced are always shown.

Opening an installed theme's Settings button takes you to that theme's own configuration page, with its own settings form and text editor. That page is separate from the tabs described here.

Switching Between Areas

Click a tab to open its content. The page address updates to match, so refreshing the page or sharing the link returns to the same tab.

Things to Watch

Required Privileges

• SETTINGS_THEME_CONFIGURE — required to open this screen, and covers Logo/Branding, Manage Theme, and Advanced.
• SETTINGS_HOME_CONFIGURE — required to see and use the Home tab.
• SETTINGS_BACKGROUNDS_CONFIGURE — required to see and use the Backgrounds tab.
