International SMS Services
Choose the provider behind your customers' international SMS, and set how much you charge for every destination country.
Opening the Screen
Panel menu: Products, SMS, Pricing: {admin}/products/international-sms.
What Is on the Screen
A gear icon next to the title opens Product Group Settings for this service group. An external-link icon opens its public order page.
Automation Settings
This dialog connects a pricing provider and sets the currency your costs are entered in. It can refresh costs daily, and lists which countries need your approval for a sender ID.
Quick Margin
A percentage box next to Apply recalculates every country's sale price from its cost in one pass, without touching any other setting.
The Country Price List
Each row carries a flag, the country name and its two-letter country code. Cost and Sales Price always show in your store's default currency, no matter what you pick in the row's Currency field; that field only sets the currency the amounts are saved in, used later to convert them for the customer. Edit as many rows as you like, then click Save Changes once to store them all.
Fields
These live in the Automation Settings dialog.
Tasks
Connecting a Pricing Provider
- Click Automation Settings.
- Pick a module in Active Module and the Primary Currency its costs use.
- Switch on Auto-Update Costs for a daily refresh, and pick any Countries Requiring Pre-Registration.
- Click Save Changes. The dialog closes and the price list reloads.
Refreshing Costs Right Now
- With a module connected, click Update Prices & Costs.
- WISECP fetches current costs and reapplies your margin to every country.
- A checkmark confirms the refresh; an error means the module or currency isn't ready.
Applying a Margin to Every Country
- Type a percentage in the box next to Apply, for example 15.
- Click Apply. Every country's sale price is recalculated from its cost at once.
Pricing or Disabling One Country
- Find the country's row and edit its Cost, Sales Price or Currency.
- Turn its switch off to stop selling to that destination, or on to resume.
- Click Save Changes.
Things to Watch
Update Prices & Costs and the daily automatic refresh both rewrite the whole price list from what your provider returns, and reset every country's switch off. Countries your provider covers get a new cost and sale price. A country you priced by hand outside your provider's coverage stays in the list, but its cost and sale price are cleared. Check your switches, and refill cost and sale price for any country outside your provider's coverage, after every refresh.
Both the button and the daily refresh need an active module that can return costs. One of your active currencies must be one it supports, or nothing changes and WISECP shows an error.
A sender ID matching one of your pre-registration countries shows up on the Sender IDs screen, waiting for approval.
Required Privileges
