Webuzo
Connect Webuzo to automate hosting account management and give customers access to their hosting panel from WISECP.
Accessing the Screen
Open Products / Services → Servers, click Add New Server and select Webuzo in Server Automation Module. Address: {admin}/products/servers-add.
Before You Connect
In Webuzo's administrator panel, open Home → Settings → API Keys and click Add New. Prepare an administrator API key, allowing WISECP's outgoing IP. See the official API key guide. Use an account authorized to manage users and plans.
Prepare Webuzo hosting plans and allow network access to the administrator and customer panel ports. WISECP needs an available module license, an active server record and a hosting product priced in the selected currency. Saved servers offer Preferences, Linked Services and Import.
Connection and Product Settings
Tasks
Connecting and Testing
- Fill Connection Details and click Test Connection. Check the user-list result and any IP restriction error.
- Complete Identity and Capacity, then click Add New Server. Verify the saved record; later edits use Save Changes.
- Verify customer panel login separately on an existing test service. It uses HTTPS port 2003, independently of the administrator port.
Mapping a Hosting Product
- Open the hosting product's Automation → Module Assignment and select Webuzo.
- In Server Configuration, choose Single Server or Server Group. Open Module Configuration → Plan and select a plan.
- Review Resource Limits and prices. Keep the first product hidden and Automatic Setup disabled.
- Click Save Changes; check the saved association.
The plan selector loads names and identifiers; it does not automatically fill resource limits. Enter the appropriate WISECP limits and compare them with Webuzo. Creating an account requires a domain and sends the selected plan, customer email and account credentials.
A retry reuses saved credentials but still requests account creation. Check Webuzo first after an interrupted setup to avoid repeating a completed operation.
Linking Existing Accounts
In the saved server, open Import and click List Results. Review domains and usernames, then select customer, product, billing period and dates. Click Import below the list and inspect Linked Services.
This creates WISECP associations without moving files or importing passwords. Setup settings come from the selected product, not the listed account's plan. Confirm the actual username and plan before enabling automation.
Managing Accounts
Account actions include creation, suspension, reactivation, termination, password changes and upgrades. In the service's Management → Settings → Integration Settings form, select Plan and click Save Changes. A changed plan is applied immediately to the panel account.
If the service plan list cannot load, the field accepts a plan identifier as text. Restore connectivity and confirm the identifier before saving. Upgrades change the existing account's plan; they do not move files between servers.
Administrators and customers see disk, bandwidth and resource counters in Management → Overview. Missing API values can appear as zero. The account status reflects WISECP's service status. These gauges do not provide automatic usage-based billing collection in this integration.
Panel login requests a customer session through port 2003. Service access restrictions can hide the customer login shortcut. Separate FTP, email, database, DNS, SSL and file tools are not provided inside WISECP; use Webuzo for them.
The Enable Backup add-on option is declared, but the integration does not apply it to Webuzo accounts. Configure and verify backups in Webuzo. No automatic product, price catalog or order requirement is created; periodic plan catalog synchronization is unavailable.
Before enabling automation, compare an existing test service's overview, package and panel login with Webuzo. A successful connection test alone is insufficient.
Important Notes
Termination deletes the hosting account and its data. Back up before terminating. Plan changes replace panel quotas; verify the result in Webuzo before retrying a failed request.
Required Permissions
Server settings require MODULES_SERVERS_SETTINGS; product editing requires PRODUCTS_OPERATION. Service actions require their corresponding permissions.
