Connect Virtualizor to create virtual servers, configure their resources, and give clients management tools within WISECP.

Accessing the Screen

Open Products → Hosting & Servers → Server Settings → Add New Server. Select Virtualizor under Server Automation Module → Virtualization. Address: {admin}/products/servers/add.

Before Connecting

The official Admin API guide locates the credential pair under Configuration → Server Info. Select the Master node from the server selector at the top and obtain Key and Key Pass. Client API credentials do not replace this administrator identity.

Prepare KVM resources, storage, an operating system template, and available IP pools. Backups require an active provider backup plan. WISECP needs an available module license, an active server, and a priced server product. Saved servers include Preferences, Linked Services, and Import.

Connection and Product Settings

Address / HostnameRequired. Enter the Master address without a scheme or API path. HTTPS uses 4085, HTTP uses 4084; Use Custom Port selects another port.

API Key / API PasswordBoth are required and stored encrypted. Enter the matching Master credential pair. The shared Username and Password fields are also required by the form.

Verify SSL CertificateEnabled for new records. Keep SSL and verification enabled with a valid certificate. Some tools and client sign-in use HTTPS 4083.

Identity and CapacityMonthly Cost starts at zero; select its currency. Empty Maximum Accounts becomes 200. Occupancy alerts follow this limit; Nameservers accepts four entries.

Plan / Custom ResourcesSelecting a plan uses provider resources. Enabling Custom Resources shows CPU, RAM, and disk fields and uses manual resources. The list reads the first 100 plans.

CPU Cores / RAM (MB) / Disk Size (GB)New product defaults are 2, 2048, and 50. Disk can grow but cannot shrink. Unlimited does not mean physically unlimited storage.

Disk TypeDefaults to SSD; NVMe and HDD are available. The current creation request does not use this selection to choose storage.

Monthly Bandwidth (GB) / Network SpeedDefaults are 1000 GB and 1 Gbps. Speed options are 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 10 Gbps. Selected plan resources take precedence; speed is sent at creation.

IPv4 Count / IPv6 Mode / IPv6 CountDefaults are one IPv4, no IPv6, and zero. Choose individual addresses or subnet blocks; IPv6 Count measures the selected unit.

Automatic Backup / Backup PlanDisabled by default. Enabling it shows the plan field. Select an active backup plan; an empty selection can fall back to the first available plan.

VNC Console AccessEnabled for new products. Current tool visibility does not follow this field; do not rely on this setting alone to block access.

Tasks

Connecting the Server

Complete Connection Details and the credential pair, then click Test Connection. The test submits a VPS listing request.
Complete Identity and Capacity and click Add New Server. Later edits use Save Changes.
Verify the saved record. A successful test does not verify creation, deletion, or all client tools.

Preparing Products and Requirements

In the server product's Automation → Module Assignment section, select Virtualizor.
Choose Single Server or Server Group under Server Configuration. Select a plan or custom resources under Module Configuration.
Keep the initial product hidden and Automatic Setup disabled. Set prices and currency.
Click Save Changes and verify the server and resources.

Map the order's Operating System requirement to a Virtualizor template ID; creation cannot complete without it. Requirements and saleable addons are not generated automatically. Addons support extra CPU, RAM, disk, IPv4, IPv6, and backups. A backup addon value is a provider backup plan ID, not a quantity.

Creation uses KVM and automatic node selection; do not assume equivalent support for other virtualization types. The client's email is sent to the provider. A password is generated if the service has none. Missing plans can fall back to manual resources; compare values before selling.

Mapping Existing Servers

Open Import → List Results in the server to see IPs, hostnames, and VPS IDs. Select clients, products, periods, and dates, then use Import below. Files and passwords are not transferred.

The current import does not transfer VPS ID into the required service mapping. Correct and verify Management → Settings → Integration Settings → VM ID before enabling automation. Saving plan and resource preferences here does not itself change provider resources.

Managing the Service

Correctly mapped services offer creation, suspension, reactivation, termination, password changes, and upgrades. Administrators and clients inspect status and usage under Management → Overview.

Management tools include Start Server, Stop Server, Restart Server, Force Stop, Reinstall OS, VNC Console, and Rescue Mode. Start is hidden for running servers; stop, restart, and force stop are hidden for stopped servers.

Backups offers creation, restoration, and deletion; downloads are unavailable. Firewall Rules supports adding, editing, and deleting rules; SSH Keys supports adding and deleting keys. Additional IPs and IPv6 Management allocate pooled addresses or subnets within quotas. The primary IPv4 cannot be deleted.

Change Hostname, reverse DNS editing, Activity Log, and Bandwidth Usage complete the tools. Snapshots, SSH terminal, ISO, and separate disk management are unavailable. The client shortcut signs into their VPS panel; the administrator shortcut opens provider administration with permission.

Periodic collection reads CPU, RAM, disk, and traffic usage; not every declared metric returns a counter. Missing data can appear as zero. Metric limits and addons can change resources; cancellation can release excess IPs. Prices and plan catalogs are not synchronized periodically.

Compare VM ID, owner, OS, resources, tools, and counters on an existing test service. Evaluate deletion or restoration only on a disposable test service with a verified backup.

Important Notes

Data and Capacity

Termination deletes the server; reinstalling and restoring overwrite current data. Forced shutdown can lose data. After disk expansion, partitions and filesystems may need expansion inside the server. Disk cannot shrink; resource and backup changes can affect costs.

Required Permissions

Server settings require MODULES_SERVERS_SETTINGS, product editing requires PRODUCTS_OPERATION, and administrator panel access requires MODULES_ROOT_LOGIN_BUTTON. Client tools follow service access restrictions.
