FASTPANEL

Connect FASTPANEL to WISECP to manage hosting customers and their disk quotas from each service record.

Accessing the Screen

Open Products → Servers → Add New Server; select FASTPANEL under Server Automation Module. Edit saved records from the Servers list.

Before You Start

You need a working FASTPANEL installation and an existing administrator API token. Prepare it under FASTPANEL Settings → API tokens. WISECP needs PHP cURL and network access to the panel. The token must permit user, limit-template and site management.

The new form contains connection and capacity settings. Saved servers also offer Preferences, Linked Services and Import. Sales require an active server and a hosting product with prices in your chosen currency.

Connection and Product Settings

Address / HostnameBoth required. Address reaches the panel; Hostname identifies the server. Do not include a URL path. Default port: 8888 with or without SSL.
Username / API TokenThe form requires Username; enter the administrator name. API Token is required for authentication. Username and Password do not replace the token.
Verify SSL CertificateEnabled for new servers. Keep SSL and certificate verification enabled. Use Custom Port allows another panel port.
Identity and CapacityMonthly Cost starts at zero; choose its currency. Empty Maximum Accounts becomes 200. The occupancy alert follows that limit. Nameservers accepts four entries.
Limit TemplateOptional, under the product's Automation → Module Configuration. Select by name; use the same name on every server in a group. Selection fills resource limits.

Tasks

Connecting the Server

  1. Complete Connection Details and click Test Connection in the server summary.
  2. The test reads the token's account identity. Check success and complete Identity and Capacity; this test does not verify provisioning permissions.
  3. Click Add New Server and check the new list entry. Editing uses Save Changes.

Mapping a Product

  1. Open the hosting product's Automation → Module Assignment and select FASTPANEL.
  2. Under Server Configuration, choose Single Server or Server Group. Select Module Configuration → Limit Template.
  3. Review Resource Limits, especially disk. Template selection does not import a product, prices or provider costs.
  4. Keep the first product hidden with Automatic Setup disabled. Click Save Changes and check the saved selections.

Templates map sites, DNS domains, email domains, FTP accounts and databases to resource counts. Email domains are not mailbox counts. Templates contain no disk or traffic quota. Provisioning uses the product disk limit, with a minimum of 10240 MB; zero or unlimited also becomes 10240 MB.

One service creates one panel user and attempts to create its primary site with PHP 8.2/FastCGI. No saleable add-ons or order requirements are generated. There are no module-specific add-on actions.

Linking Existing Users

  1. On a saved server, click Import → List Results. Rows contain Username and User ID, not a site's domain.
  2. Select the intended customers' users and map each customer, product, billing cycle and dates. Check the user ID to avoid duplicate links.
  3. Click Import below the list. Check Linked Services; the existing user is linked without creating another account.

Managing the Service

Open Management → Overview on an existing test service. Check disk, account status, home directory, creation date and resource counts before enabling automatic setup.

Creation, suspension, unsuspension, termination, password changes and product upgrades are supported. Use the dialogs described in Service Management. Suspension disables the whole panel user. An upgrade reapplies disk quota and the selected template.

Customers use their service's Management tab. Panel access opens the ordinary login page; it does not sign in automatically. File, mail, database, FTP, DNS, cron, SSL and PHP management remain in FASTPANEL. WISECP has no separate hosting tools for this module.

Only disk usage feeds billing metrics; traffic usage is unavailable. Periodic collection does not synchronize prices or raise panel quotas. Configure usage prices separately; enabled billing can add charges.

Things to Watch

Verify the Site and Limits

A successful account operation can still leave the primary site or template unapplied. Check both in FASTPANEL before delivery. Queued operations may take several minutes. Termination deletes the user and puts its hosted data at risk; preserve a backup first.

Required Permissions

Server settings require MODULES_SERVERS_SETTINGS; product editing requires PRODUCTS_OPERATION. Service actions require their respective service permissions.
