Connect your eNom reseller account to sell domains and manage customer DNS, contacts and renewals through WISECP.

Accessing the Screen

Open Products → Domains → Domain Name Registrars → All Modules → eNom: {admin}/module/registrars?module=eNom.

What Is on the Screen

Module Settings contains account access and nameservers. Import searches and paginates existing domains. This integration has no extension price import, automatic cost update or cost currency setting.

Preparing the Reseller Account

1. Obtain an active eNom reseller account. Under Resellers → Manage → API, add the WISECP server’s static outbound IP using Add.
2. Use your account login ID and password, or generate an API token in API token manager → Generate new API token. The token replaces the API password.
3. Open API test environment setup → Set up your account on the testing server. Reset the test balance and add the test caller’s IP.
4. Check the separate test account at resellertest.enom.com. Test purchases do not provision real services. See eNom’s API access guide.

Connecting and Testing

1. In Module Settings, enable Test Mode and enter credentials for the test account.
2. Click Test Connection beside Save Changes. It checks domain availability without purchasing a domain.
3. On success, click Save Changes. Reopen the form to check the saved mode. No separate server record is needed.
4. For production, replace test credentials, disable Test Mode, test and save again. Confirm production IP access and sufficient provider funds.

Assigning Extensions and Importing Domains

1. Open Products → Domains. Add or edit the extensions you sell and assign eNom as registrar.
2. Set registration, transfer and renewal prices manually. Check your eNom costs before enabling sales; this integration does not import them.
3. Return to eNom’s Import tab. Search or change pages, assign customers and check domain dates. Click Import.
4. Check each created service’s customer and expiry date. Import creates local services without registering or transferring domains.

Registration, Transfer and Renewal

Complete owner details, nameservers and extension-specific requirements before registration. Inbound transfers require the former registrar’s unlock and EPP code. WISECP monitors transfer status; renewal sends the requested number of years. Before repeating a failed purchase, check the eNom order and domain expiry date.

Managing a Domain

Open the domain under Orders → Services. DNS provides nameserver changes and A, AAAA, URL, MX, MXE, CNAME and TXT records. Provider DNS services require eNom nameservers. DNS changes send the complete host record set. This integration does not send the TTL entered in WISECP.

WHOIS reads contacts and updates the owner profile. Transfer manages the transfer lock. This integration does not retrieve EPP codes. In eNom, open Domains → My domains, select the domain and choose General settings → Email auth info to Registrant. The code is sent to the registrant email. See eNom’s outgoing transfer guide.

Email Forwarding lists, adds, edits and deletes forwarding addresses. Its changes replace the provider’s forwarding list. Check existing entries after saving. Use an existing active forwarding service with the required eNom nameservers.

Customers manage their own service according to permissions and active addons. DNS and privacy may require an active addon. ID Protect can be purchased and its visibility changed where supported. Status and expiry synchronization are available. Child nameservers, DNSSEC, a separate domain forwarding screen and expired-domain recovery are not provided.

Setup requires Domain Name Registrars permission. Service operations require their corresponding service permissions.
