Adding a Server

Connect a server by picking its module and how to reach it, then test, size and control it from the same record.

Opening the Screen

From Server Settings (Server Management), click Add New Server to connect a new one: {admin}/products/servers/add. Click a server's name, or Edit in its row menu, to open the same form already filled in: {admin}/products/servers/edit?id={sunucu}.

Adding is one sequence, module then connection, with identity and capacity beside it. Editing drops the sequence and adds three tabs: Preferences, Linked Services and Import.

What Is on the Screen

Automation Module

This module creates, suspends and terminates the services on this server. Category tabs group modules by kind, and Common lists the most used ones first. Picking a module reveals Connection Details below it. A module no longer installed shows a Module Removed badge instead, and its services can no longer be automated.

On an existing server, Change opens a warning window first. Confirm the migration checklist there before the picker opens: changing the module moves every service on this server to the new one.

Connection Details

The address the panel uses to reach this server, and the account it signs in with. Address combines a scheme switch, the hostname or IP, and a port. The port locks to the module's default unless Use Custom Port is checked. HTTPS on a bare IP shows a warning. Username and Password follow; Password shows as placeholder dots on an existing server. Access Hash appears when the module uses one; the module may add fields below.

Test Connection, in add mode, checks the credentials and shows a state with a time stamp. A successful test can fill in fields above for you.

Identity and Capacity

Name this server, say how many accounts it can carry and what it costs you. Hostname is the name shown across the panel and on service records. Monthly Cost counts as this server's expense for Profit/Loss. Maximum Accounts sets the capacity the Usage bar measures; its occupancy alert needs that limit set. Nameservers takes up to four, one per line.

Summary Rail

Only on an existing server. Module identity and its status badge sit at the top. Next is the endpoint, its state and a Test again button, then capacity and this month's services, revenue and cost. Open Panel signs you into the server's own panel when allowed. View linked services jumps to that tab.

Preferences, Linked Services and Import

Preferences appears only for modules with client tools or cards; each item is a switch. Turning a card off folds its own items too. Linked Services lists every service running on this server. Import appears only for modules that can list their own accounts. Import from Server pulls that list so each account can be matched to a client and product.

Adding a Server

1. Pick a module under Automation Module.
2. Fill in Connection Details: address, username, password and any module fields.
3. Click Test Connection first; a success can fill in several fields for you.
4. Fill in Identity and Capacity, at least a Hostname, then click Add New Server.

Changing the Module on an Existing Server

1. Open the server and click Change beside its module.
2. Confirm the checklist: services migrated, configuration checked, module tested.
3. Pick the new module, then fill in its Connection Details.
4. Click Save Changes; every service here now runs on the new module.

Choosing What Clients See

1. Open the Preferences tab; it appears only when the module offers one.
2. Turn off a widget, tool or card to hide it from the client.
3. Use Toggle All to flip everything, then click Save Changes.

Importing Existing Accounts

1. Open the Import tab and click Import from Server.
2. Pick a client, product and cycle for each account, with a start and end date (end cannot be before start).
3. Click Import; each row becomes a service linked to this server.

Things to Watch

Required Privileges

Opening this screen, saving a server, testing the connection, and the Preferences and Import tabs all need Server Settings (MODULES_SERVERS_SETTINGS). Open Panel in the summary rail also needs Root Login Button (MODULES_ROOT_LOGIN_BUTTON), and appears only for modules that support it.
