Payment Modules

Choose the payment gateways clients can use and nominate a compatible card vault provider, so checkout and stored-card payments follow your preferred providers.

Reaching the Screen

Go to Settings → Financial → Payment Gateways: {admin}/modules/payment

What Is on the Screen

Initial Settings controls the active gateway set and card storage provider. All Modules opens each installed gateway's own configuration.

Fields

Settings inside a gateway

Opening a gateway card under All Modules shows that provider's own settings. Beside the provider credentials, every gateway carries the same set of shared settings:

• Commission Rate (%) — the fee added to the invoice when this gateway is picked.
• Converting Currency — payments are converted into this currency before they reach the provider.
• Accepted Amount Range — the minimum and maximum payable total this gateway accepts, in a currency you choose. Leave a bound empty to switch it off.
• Accepted / Unaccepted Countries — the gateway is hidden outside the accepted list and inside the unaccepted one.

Tasks

Select payment gateways

1. Open Initial Settings.
2. Select one or more gateways under Default Modules.
3. Save. The selected gateway set becomes available to payment flows subject to each module's own configuration.

Select a card storage provider

1. Choose a compatible module under Card Storage Module, or choose none.
2. Save the settings.
3. New card-storage operations use the selected compatible gateway.

Limit a gateway to an amount range

1. Open All Modules and click the gateway you want to limit.
2. Fill in Minimum Accepted Amount, Maximum Accepted Amount or both. Pick the currency the two figures are written in.
3. Save. The gateway is now offered only when the payable total sits inside that range. This covers checkout, invoice payment, bulk payment and adding funds.
