Client Testimonials
The testimonials shown on your site, in one list, together with the review rating that appears next to them.
Opening the Screen
Choose Site Management › Client Testimonials from the menu, or open {admin}/manage-website/cfeedbacks directly. The menu entry carries a badge counting the testimonials that still wait for approval.
What Is on the Screen
A toolbar above, the list of testimonials below. On a narrow screen the toolbar folds away behind the Show Options button.
The list
One row per testimonial, newest first. Client holds the name with the company under it, Email the address on the record. Status is either Approved or Pending Approval, and Created is the day the record was added. The menu at the end of the row carries View and Delete.
The search box above the list matches the name, the company, the e-mail address or the recorded IP address. The download button next to it writes the whole list to a CSV, JSON or XML file. It appears only when your account carries the table export privilege.

Toolbar
Review settings
In the window each review platform has its own card: Trustpilot and Google. A card holds the review address, the support invitation threshold, the score shown on the website, and the languages and countries the platform reaches.
This window saves the same settings as the Reviews tab on the Support Settings screen. Every field and scope option is described in Review Integrations.
Tasks
Approve a testimonial
- Find the row marked Pending Approval.
- Open the menu at the end of the row and choose View.
- Set Status to Approved and save the form.
- The badge in the list turns green. The testimonial reaches the site where your theme has a testimonials section on its home page.
Delete testimonials
- For a single record, open the row menu and choose Delete.
- For two or more, tick the rows and choose Delete under Apply to Selected. One record always goes through the row menu.
- Read the confirmation window. With two or more rows you also type your own panel password.
- Confirm; the rows leave the list, and any testimonial that was showing on the site goes with them.
Set up the review rating
- Click the Review Settings button in the toolbar.
- Paste your evaluation link onto the card of the platform you use.
- Turn on the invitation, the rating on the website, or both, and fill in the figures they need.
- Click Save Settings at the bottom of the window; both places switch over at once.
Things to Watch
The record, its message in every language and the uploaded photo all go together. There is no recycle bin behind this screen.
A record waiting for approval stays inside the panel. Approval alone is not enough. Your theme needs a testimonials section, and the What Clients Say block under Settings › Theme/Customization › Home has to be on. At most eight testimonials reach the home page. The order follows the rank you give each testimonial on its own form, newest first within the same rank.
Show the Rating on the Website stays off until both the review URL and the average score are filled in. Saving without them ends with a message telling you which one is missing.
Required Privileges
Opening the list needs one of the Site Management privileges. Creating a testimonial, editing one and saving the review settings need MANAGE_WEBSITE_OPERATION; without it the two buttons stay hidden. Deleting needs MANAGE_WEBSITE_DELETE, which also governs the tick boxes. The download button asks for TABLE_EXPORT, a privilege of its own outside the Site Management group.
