Product List
This screen lists every product in a group so you can filter, edit, and manage several of them at once.
Opening the Screen
In the admin menu, go to Products > Hosting & Servers > Web Hosting Packages.
For server plans, use Dedicated/VPS Packages instead; for software, use Products > Software > Software Products.
Your own custom groups open from their row in Products > Product Management > Product Group List.
Direct address: {admin}/products/hosting (swap hosting for server or software).
What Is on the Screen
The page title names the group you are viewing, for example Web Hosting Packages. Next to it, a link icon opens the group's page on your website. For a custom group, a gear icon also opens Product Group Settings.
If you can edit products, an options bar appears above the table. It has an Apply to Selected dropdown, a Create New Product button, and a Categories button. When the group has categories, a Category filter also appears on the right. Without edit access, only the table appears.
The table lists every product in the group: its name, category, number of linked services, creation date, and status. The name links to the product's edit page. Each row ends with a menu that offers Edit and Delete. A download button at the right end of the table header saves the list as CSV, JSON, or XML; it only appears for staff holding the table export privilege.
Fields
Tasks
Filter by Category
If the group has categories, pick one from the Category dropdown above the table. The list narrows right away. Pick the blank option again to see every category.
Apply a Bulk Action
Check the boxes next to the products you want to change, then pick Activate, Inactivate, or Delete from Apply to Selected. Confirm in the dialog that opens. Deleting more than one product at once also asks for your account password.
Edit or Delete a Single Product
Open the menu at the end of a row and pick Edit to reach the product's full settings, or Delete to remove it. Deleting asks you to confirm first.
Create a New Product
Click Create New Product above the table. The group you were viewing is already selected on the page that opens. See Creating a Product.
Things to Watch
A deleted product cannot be recovered. If services are still linked to it, they are not removed; their product reference becomes undefined and they keep running.
Making a product inactive only blocks new orders; existing services are not affected. Activating it again makes it available for ordering right away.
