Product Requirements is the master list of custom fields you can ask clients to fill in during checkout. From here you review, filter, categorize, and remove them.

Opening the Screen

Go to Products > Product Management > Product Requirements.

What Is on the Screen

A toolbar sits above the list:

Apply to Selected, a bulk-action dropdown with a single option, Delete.
Create New Product Requirement, which opens the creation form.
Categories, which opens a dialog for managing requirement categories.
Two filters: Product Group and Requirement Category.

The table lists every requirement with its Name, Description, Product Group, Requirement Category, and Status. Name links to the edit screen, and a row menu offers Edit and Delete. Status shows as Active or Inactive. The bulk-action column, the toolbar buttons, and the row menu's Delete entry only appear if your account can manage requirements. Without that right, the screen only shows the list. A search box above the table matches name and description, and staff with export rights see a download icon that exports the filtered list as CSV, JSON, or XML.

Fields

Product GroupNarrows the list to requirements linked to one product group. Default: every group.

Requirement CategoryNarrows the list to one requirement category. The dropdown always lists every requirement category, regardless of the Product Group filter. Default: every category.

Apply to SelectedRuns Delete on the requirements you checked. Only appears once at least one requirement is selected.

Tasks

Pick a value from Product Group and/or Requirement Category. The table updates right away; clear a dropdown back to its placeholder to drop that filter.

Manage Requirement Categories

Click Categories to open the dialog. Rename an existing category by editing its text field, or click Create New Category and type a name for a new one. Click the trash icon next to a category to mark it for removal. A new, unsaved category drops from the dialog right away, while an existing one is struck through and removed once you save. Click Save Changes to apply everything at once; the button stays disabled until you have made an actual change.

Delete Requirements

Check one or more rows, then choose Delete from Apply to Selected, or open a single row's menu and choose Delete there. Deleting more than one requirement at once asks for your account password before it proceeds.

Things to Watch

Deletion Cannot Be Undone

Removing a requirement deletes its definition for good, including every choice under it.

Deleting a Category Does Not Touch Its Requirements

A requirement that still points to a removed category keeps working. The list shows it as belonging to a deleted category until you pick a new one for it.

Required Privileges

Products > ViewOpens the screen for reading.

Products > EditOpens the screen and enables creating, deleting, and category management. Either View or Edit is enough to open the list.
