Product Details is where you set a product's identity: its name, type, group, category, and how it's shown to clients.
Opening the Screen
Open a product from Editing a Product; Detail is the first, default tab.
Direct address: {admin}/products/edit?id={product}&configuration=details
For the Software type, this tab has four sub-tabs: General, Descriptions, Images, and Feature Blocks. Open one directly with &details={sub-tab}.
What Is on the Screen
A summary strip shows two read-only figures: this month's revenue and active services, compared with last month once sales exist; otherwise, a not-sold note appears.
Below it, a language strip lists every active language as a chip. Click one to view its text, use + to add another language, or its close control to remove one. Only the primary language is required to save.
For Software, the fields below split into four vertical sub-tabs; for every other type, they sit on one page.
Fields
Identity
Product TypeThe delivery model (Hosting, Server, Software, SMS, and so on). Changing it and saving reloads the page so type-specific tabs match.
Product GroupThe group this product belongs to. Changing it refreshes Product Category below.
Product CategoryA category within the selected group, or None.
Product NameRequired for the primary language. Shown to clients everywhere the product appears.
TaglineOptional short line shown under the product name in the catalog.
IconA font icon or an uploaded image, used as the product's lead icon in the client's service list and detail page.
Software-Only Fields
Link StructureThe product's URL slug on the catalog, with an SEO title and description below it.
Product File AccessUpload File stores the software for download; External Download Link points to an outside URL instead.
Demo Site URLOptional link to a live demo.
Demo Admin URLOptional link to a demo admin panel.
Label 1 / Label 2Two short badges shown with the product, such as "Responsive".
TagsA list of tags shown on the software detail page.
VersionShown in the Product Details box on the detail page.
Built WithThe technologies the product runs on, same for every language.
Pages IncludedNumber of ready-made pages or sections bundled with the product.
Last UpdateThe date of the latest release.
Updates & SupportTells the client when updates/support end: Do Not Show, Follows the Service Cycle, or bound to one of the product's own addons, listed by name and shown only once one is attached.
Auto ApproveApproves the service automatically once payment completes through the gateway.
Change License InformationWhether clients may change the domain their license is bound to: Default, Yes, or No.
Catalog and Visibility
FeaturesA features list on the product page, laid out per the group or category's template (not shown for Software).
StatusActive makes the product purchasable; off, clients cannot order it.
HiddenHides the product from everyone except visitors who have its direct URL.
PopularHighlights the product as popular in product lists.
Sort OrderThe product's position in listings.
Disable RenewalHides the renewal button on the service's detail page in the client area.
Order Limit Per ClientMaximum quantity one client can purchase.
StockReduces on order; no orders once it reaches 0. Leave empty for unlimited.
Activation Notification TemplateEmailed once the service is activated. Choose None to send nothing.
Domain Name FormRemoves the domain name step from checkout (Hosting and Software).
Server IP FormRemoves the license server IP question from checkout (Software).
Web Hosting FormRemoves the web hosting step from checkout (Software).
Domain OptionsShows domain options at checkout. Offered only for types other than Hosting, Server, Software, and SMS.
Hosting OptionsShows hosting options at checkout, under the same type restriction as Domain Options.

Images (Software Only)
A drop zone accepts JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, and WebP files, several at once. Each image becomes a card with its file size and a type badge. Card buttons open, retitle, or delete it; Clear All removes every image.
Feature Blocks (Software Only)
Feature BlocksAn ordered table of Icon, Title, Description, and Detailed Description rows, shown as a block on the product page. Drag to reorder or remove a row. Kept per language.
Tasks
Add or Switch a Language
Click a language chip to view and edit its text. To add one not yet started, click the strip's + control and pick it.
Result: the fields below the strip switch to that language. Nothing saves until you click Save at the bottom of the page.
Set the Product Icon
Open the icon picker on Icon, choose a font icon or upload an image, then confirm your pick.
Result: the icon appears next to Icon and becomes the product's lead icon in the client area once saved.
Things to Watch
Only the Primary Language Is Required
Other languages are opt-in. A language you never open keeps what it already had and stays untouched when you save.
Icon Priority
The Icon set here replaces the module or provider logo in the client's service list. Leave it empty to fall back to the category icon, then the module logo.
Required Privileges
Products > ViewOpens the screen for reading.
Products > EditEnables saving changes.
Products > View Product GroupUsed to look up categories for Product Group.
Products > Edit Product GroupUsed together with View Product Group for that lookup.
