Registrar Modules
Manage domain registrar integrations from one catalogue, so domain registration, renewal and transfer actions can be connected to the providers you use.
Reaching the Screen
Go to Products → Domains → Domain Name Registrars: {admin}/module/registrars
What Is on the Screen
The page opens on the Recommended Modules tab. This group has no shared selection form, so that tab shows the registrar cards recommended for your installation. The All Modules tab lists enabled and disabled registrar modules and opens their configuration.
Tasks
Configure a registrar
- Open All Modules and find the registrar.
- Select its card and enter the provider credentials and options requested by that module.
- Save and enable the module. It becomes available to domain workflows supported by its configuration.
Find an installed registrar
- Search by module name or filter by status.
- Select the matching card.
- The registrar configuration opens without changing any setting.
Things to Watch
Enabling a registrar prepares the integration. TLD and domain-product assignments are managed in the domain configuration screens.
A few registrars offer no renewal or transfer call at all: their domains renew on the provider's own schedule and stop only when you cancel them there. Those modules are still supported, and the action tells you so instead of failing quietly, with a message naming what to do in the provider's own panel. Carry the action out there, then correct the due date on the service. A module never reports a renewal it did not perform.
Some entries are the domain registry itself rather than a reseller. They work only for an operator accredited as a registrar for that extension, and the provider issues the credentials and test access after accreditation.
Privileges
Registrar Module Settings (MODULES_REGISTRARS_SETTINGS) is required.
