Support and Update Renewal
The Support and Update renewal keeps new versions and the right to open support tickets available on a lifetime licence. The software is yours; the renewal only continues those two rights.
Getting the Renewal
The first year is included when you buy a lifetime licence. To continue after that, a yearly renewal invoice is issued and the period extends once you pay it.
On a lifetime licence, new versions and ticket access renew yearly.
What the Renewal Covers

If you do not renew
Your licence keeps working and the panel does not shut down. What stops is downloading new versions and opening support tickets. Both come back when you renew later.

Renewing
- The renewal invoice appears in your client panel when it is issued.
- Pay the invoice.
- Once payment is complete, support and updates extend for another year.
Things to Watch
On monthly and yearly licences, support and updates are already part of the licence fee.
When the renewal lapses you cannot download security releases either. Keep it current so your installation stays up to date.
