Creating a Privilege Group

Build a named set of permissions and hand it to the staff who need it.

Opening the Screen

To create a group, go to Staff and Admins › Privileges and click Create Privilege Group, or open {admin}/privileges/add directly. To edit one, open its row menu on the Privileges list and choose Edit.

What Is on the Screen

The form has two parts: the group's name, and a panel listing every permission in the system. When you are editing, the heading shows the group's current name instead of Create Privilege Group.

Permissions are grouped into cards by area, such as Dashboard, Settings, Products, Services, Clients, Billing or Security. A card with several permissions has its own checkbox that selects everything inside it. Checking every item inside a card in turn checks that box for you. The Set All Privileges switch at the top does the same for the whole panel at once. One permission, BTK Reports, only appears on installations where the country is set to Türkiye.

Creating a group

1. Open the Privileges list and click Create Privilege Group.
2. Name the group.
3. Check the permissions it should carry, one by one, by card, or with Set All Privileges for full access.
4. Click Create. The screen returns to the list with the new group in it.

Editing a group

1. From the Privileges list, open the group's row menu and choose Edit.
2. Change the name, the permissions, or both.
3. Click Save Changes. The screen stays open and confirms the save.
