Joker.com
Connect your Joker.com reseller account to register and manage eligible domains from WISECP.
Access the Screen
Open: Products → Domains → Domain Name Registrars → All Modules → Joker.com: {admin}/module/registrars?module=Joker.
What Is on the Screen
The screen contains Module Settings, Import and Import Extensions tabs.
Prepare the Provider Account
Create a reseller account and an API key under My Profile → Manage Joker.com API access keys. See DMAPI account access. Read-only keys cannot change domains; modifications-only keys cannot order paid services. Allow the operations your business needs. The module uses dmapi.joker.com over HTTPS and has no test-environment switch. PHP cURL is required; intl supports IDN conversion.

Tasks
Connect and Test
- In Module Settings, enter the account credentials and confirm nameservers.
- Click Test Connection. It opens a DMAPI session; success does not prove purchasing permissions or sufficient balance.
- Click Save Changes and reopen the form to confirm the saved choices. No separate WISECP server record is needed.
Import Extensions and Prices
Under Import Extensions, select extensions and a profit rate, then click Import. Existing assignments and prices can change; new extensions are created inactive. The catalog reads account prices and available extensions. Unusable or nonpositive prices are skipped; an empty usable catalog returns an error. Compare periods and currency with the provider. Missing operation prices can appear as zero; do not offer that operation without confirming its cost. Capability flags are generic, so confirm each extension’s privacy and document requirements.
Existing Domains
In Import, select an existing domain and its existing customer, then click Import. Define its extension first. This creates an active, annual WISECP service; it does not transfer the domain. Import one domain first and check its owner, prices, dates and nameservers. The listing may omit creation dates.
Manage the Service
Registration, incoming transfer, renewal, restore, nameserver changes, transfer locking, WHOIS contacts and auth-code retrieval are implemented. Open the domain under Orders → Services. Confirm pending or refused operations in Joker.com before retrying. Synchronization reads expiry and account ownership; a domain missing from the account can be marked transferred away.
DNS manages provider-zone A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS, SRV and CAA records. Use Joker DNS for these records to affect live traffic. DNS, URL and email edits rewrite the zone; avoid concurrent edits in the provider portal.
Child nameservers can be listed, added, edited and deleted. Renaming creates a replacement and deletes the old host. Editing WHOIS changes shared contact handles and can affect other domains using them; it does not order an ownership transfer.
Privacy can be enabled or disabled; its add-on orders a paid subscription. Disabling privacy does not refund it. Under Transfer, code retrieval may wait for the provider’s response.
URL forwarding always saves a URL redirect, regardless of the 301/302 selection. Saving or cancelling removes all URL and FRAME forwarding rules in the zone. Email forwarding supports individual addresses and catch-all.
Things to Consider
There is no DS-list reader. Adding a DS publishes it as the sole key; deleting disables DNSSEC for the domain. Back up the provider’s complete key set before either action.
Registration, transfer, renewal, restore and privacy orders can charge the live account. Check permissions, balance and provider results before retrying. Premium availability does not guarantee price acceptance at registration. Local suspension or cancellation does not cancel the provider domain or its billing.
Required Permissions
Setup requires Domain Name Registrars permission. Service operations depend on the corresponding administrator or client permissions and provider account access.
