Connect CentOS Web Panel to WISECP to map hosting and reseller accounts to your products and provide supported customer tools.

Accessing the Screen

Open Products → Servers → Add New Server and select CentOS Web Panel as the Server Automation Module. Edit existing servers from the list.

Before You Start

Prepare an administrator API key in CWP under API Manager. Allow the WISECP server's outbound IP address. Enable API access for accounts, packages, account details, user sessions and the tools you intend to offer. Your panel license must cover the required API features.

Prepare service packages in CWP; add reseller packages if you will sell reseller hosting. The new server form contains connection and capacity settings. Saved records also provide Preferences, Linked Services and Import.

Connection and Product Settings

Address / Hostname / API KeyAll required. Address identifies the panel server; Hostname names the record. Username is also required by the form; authentication uses API Key. Password cannot replace the key.
SSL / Use Custom PortThe API defaults to port 2304 in both modes. Do not confuse it with admin interface port 2031. Verify SSL Certificate defaults to enabled; keep HTTPS and verification enabled.
Identity and CapacityMonthly Cost starts at zero; select its currency. An empty Maximum Accounts becomes 200; the occupancy alert uses it. Nameserver accepts four entries.
PackageSelected under the product's Automation → Module Configuration; required for provisioning. If the list is unavailable, enter the package name. Selection fills resource limits.
Create as Reseller / Reseller PackageShown when the panel has reseller packages. Create as Reseller starts disabled. Enable it and select Reseller Package; the account uses that package.
Inode / Process / Open Files LimitsInode Limit defaults to 0, meaning unlimited. Process Limit (NPROC) defaults to 40; Open Files Limit (NOFILE) to 150. Use nonnegative values.
Enable Account BackupDisabled initially. Controls the account's backup setting in CWP; it does not provide a customer backup management tool.

Tasks

Establishing the Connection

  1. Complete Connection Information and click Test Connection in the server summary.
  2. The test reads the account list. Check success and complete Identity and Capacity; the test does not verify all write permissions.
  3. Click Add New Server and check the list entry. Use Save Changes when editing.

Mapping Hosting or Reseller Products

  1. Select CentOS Web Panel under the product's Automation → Module Assignment.
  2. Under Server Configuration, select an active Single Server or Server Group. Package names must match across group members.
  3. Check Module Configuration and Resource Limits. Set the product price and currency separately; package selection does not synchronize prices.
  4. Keep the first product hidden with Automatic Setup disabled. Click Save Changes and check the saved selections.

The Backup Service mapping in the product's Add-ons tab controls account backups; suspension/cancellation disables them. A PHP Version mapping under Requirements selects PHP for account creation. Saleable add-ons and requirements are not created automatically.

Importing Accounts

  1. Open the saved server's Import tab and click List Results. Review usernames, domains, packages and email addresses.
  2. Map selected accounts to customers, products, cycles and dates. Check for existing domain links.
  3. Click Import below the list. Existing accounts appear under Linked Services without being recreated.

Service and Customer Tools

Open the service's Management → Overview for disk, bandwidth, account information and resource counts. Creation, suspension, unsuspension, termination and password changes are supported. Dialogs and confirmations are covered in Service Management.

Management → Settings offers Change Package, Reseller Status, reseller package and backup settings. Saving updates the corresponding CWP account. Resources are managed through packages; independent account quota overrides and usage-based billing are unavailable.

Select tools under the server's Preferences → Client Area Preferences and click Save Changes. Product/service preferences also apply. Customers use FTP Accounts, Databases, Addon Domains, Subdomains and Cron Jobs from their service's Management tab.

FTP supports creation, editing and deletion, without quotas. Databases support creation/deletion, without separate user or privilege management. Domains and cron jobs support creation/deletion; editing, custom subdomain directories and cron notification email are unavailable. File, email, SSL, DNS, PHP version and backup management tools are not offered.

Customer panel login creates a one-time session; the panel hostname must resolve. Administrator panel login opens the login page on port 2031 without automatic authentication. Review an existing test service before enabling automatic provisioning. Usage displays do not synchronize prices or catalogs.

Things to Watch

Accounts and Packages

Termination deletes the hosting account and its data. A smaller package can reduce available resources. Enabling backups does not prove a backup exists; check copies in CWP. Hosting and provider services may incur charges.

Required Permissions

Server settings require MODULES_SERVERS_SETTINGS; product changes require PRODUCTS_OPERATION; administrator panel login requires MODULES_ROOT_LOGIN_BUTTON. Service operations require their respective permissions.
