You can offer your customers additional services or configurable options during the ordering phase.

How to Add Additional Services

There are two different ways to create additional services.

1.) Via Product Details

1.1) View the product package detail that you want to identify additional services with.

1.2) Click on the "Optional Addons" tab on the pop-up page.

1.3) Click on the "Add new addon" button on the pop-up page.

1.4) Identify and save the additional service information you want to provide with the product on the pop-up page.

1.5) When you view the "Optional Addons" tab of your product package detail again, you can see the additional service you've created and check the tile.

2.) Via the Addons Management

2.1) Follow the "Admin Area > Services > Service Management > Addons" path.

2.2) Click the "Create New Addon" button on the page that opens.

2.3) You can define the fields described below on the page that opens.

2.4) You can then select the addon you created from the "Optional Addons" tab on the product details.

3) Some Important Settings

A number of special settings are available for additional services. These are listed below.

3.1) Addon name
Make a naming for the additional service (your customers will see this). For example: Installation Service

3.2) Addon Description
Write a description for the additional service. (Your customers will see this). For example: Installation will be provided as soon as possible.

3.3) Addon Group
You can assign the add-on to a group that only you can see. So you can collect some add-ons under one group and find them easily.

3.4) Related Service Group
Select which product group the add-on will be linked to. This will show up on the "Optional Addons" tab in the detail of product packages on the relevant product group.

3.5) Service Addon
You can select the add-on from an existing product package. This allows you to offer a different product to your customer as an additional service alongside a product.

3.6) Mandatory
When you activate this tile, your customer can't move forward without choosing for the add-on. (For example: you can make the installation service mandatory at an additional cost.)

3.7) Show by Product Period
When you activate this tile, the add-on's pricing period matches the product's pricing period. (For example: If your customer has selected 6 months, the add-on's 6-month period is automatically selected. If the product period or add-on period does not match, the add-on will not appear during the order ingress.)

3.8) Option Type
You can determine the style view that will appear during the add-on order phase.
