List the domains you host and register for a period of your choice, and download the CSV files you upload to BTK from here.

Opening the Screen

Click BTK Reports in the Tools menu or open {admin}/tools/btk-reports. The link only appears when Default Country on the Localization Settings screen is Türkiye.

What Is on the Screen

The notice under the title recalls the BTK upload duty and the upload address. The strip above the table holds the report type, two date boxes, and the Build Report and Download CSV buttons. The search box looks in the domain, the client name, the company name and the email.

Domain The domain service, or the domain of a hosting service. Clicking it opens the service detail.

Owner The client who owns the service, with the company name below it if there is one. Clicking it opens the client detail.

Phone The client's mobile number, or the landline when there is none.

Email The client's account email.

Registration Date · Expiry Date The day the service was created and the day it ends.

Description Domain and Hosting Together when a domain and a hosting service share the name, otherwise Domain Only or Hosting Only.

Fields

All three fields sit in the strip above the table and set what the report covers.

Report Type Hosted Domains and Hosting lists domains with a hosting service, Registered Domains Only lists domains without one. The first is the default.

Start Date Required. The first day of the period; defaults to the first day of the previous month.

End Date Required. The last day of the period, included; defaults to the last day of the previous month. A day before the start date cannot be picked.

Tasks

Download the monthly report

Pick Hosted Domains and Hosting in the Report Type box.
Set the dates to the period you report. The previous month is selected when the page first opens.
Click Build Report. The table refreshes with the records of that period.
Click Download CSV. The file downloads to your computer.

Then repeat the steps for Registered Domains Only; BTK asks for the two lists as separate files.

Find a domain in the report

Pick the period and the report type, then click Build Report.
Type the domain, the client name or the email in the search box. The table narrows to the matching rows.

Things to Watch

You upload the file to BTK

The system only prepares the report and does not send the file to BTK. Upload it during the first week of every month at https://ysb.btk.gov.tr, with the username and password you received at notification.

Which services the report includes

The period filters on the day the service was created. Cancelled services and services whose owner was deleted are not listed. A hosting service with no domain entered is left out too. Several hosting services on the same domain appear as one row.

The CSV file layout

The file has no header row. The columns are domain, owner, phone, email, registration date and expiry date, in that order. Accented letters in the owner name become their plain forms and commas become spaces. A client with no phone gets *, and dates are day/month/year. When the period has no records, the Download CSV button stays disabled.

Required Privileges

The screen needs the TOOLS_BTK_REPORTS privilege, shown as BTK Reports in the Tools group on the Privilege Groups screen. An account with this privilege can still open the page only while the default country is Türkiye; otherwise access is refused.
