# Installation Service

With the Installation Service we install WISECP on your server and hand the panel over working, with its login details. You start using it without preparing the server yourself.

## Getting the Service

The service is bought from the store and billed once. After the purchase you open a support ticket and share your server access there.

## What the Service Covers

The installation covers one server and is completed end to end.

| Step | What is done |
| --- | --- |
| Requirement check | The PHP version, extensions and permissions are checked. Anything missing is completed. |
| Database | The database is created and the installer is run. |
| Scheduled tasks | The cron job is added to the server. Billing and renewals depend on it. |
| Licence | Your licence is activated and bound to your domain. |
| Permissions and security | Directory permissions are set and the basic security settings are applied. |

### What you receive

When the installation is finished you get the address of the admin panel and your login details. The panel is working at that point.

## Tasks

### Starting the service

1. Buy the service from the store.
2. Open a support ticket and share your server and database access.
3. Once the installation is complete, your login details are posted to the ticket.

## Things to Watch

> **Share access only through the ticket**
> 
> Send server details on the ticket rather than by e-mail or chat. Change the passwords you shared once the installation is done.

> **The scope is one installation**
> 
> The service covers a single installation. Post-installation settings and server optimisation are a separate service.
