# Enhance

https://docs.wisecp.com/en/enhance

Connect Enhance to WISECP to manage customer hosting subscriptions and websites from their service records.

## Accessing the Screen

Open **Products → Servers → Add New Server**. Choose **Enhance** under **Server Automation Module**; edit existing records from the server list.

## Before You Start

You need a working, licensed Enhance installation with hosting plans in the master organisation. Get the organisation ID and API token under **Settings → Access tokens** in Enhance. The token needs permission for customers, members, plans, subscriptions, websites and the tools you intend to use.

If IP restrictions are enabled, allow the WISECP server's outbound IP address. WISECP needs an active server and a priced hosting product. The module reuses organisations by customer email; each service gets a subscription and website.

The new form contains connection and capacity settings. Saved records also provide **Preferences**, **Linked Services** and **Import**.

## Connection and Product Settings

- **Address / Hostname**: Both required. Address identifies the connection server; Hostname names the record. Do not add a URL path. The module defaults to port 2087.
- **Organisation ID / API Token**: Both required. Organisation ID identifies the master organisation, not a user email. Enter the token value in API Token. Password is not used for authentication.
- **SSL / Use Custom Port**: Use HTTPS. Set custom port 443 if your control panel domain serves the API there. Verify SSL Certificate starts enabled; keep it enabled.
- **Identity and Capacity**: Monthly Cost starts at zero; select its currency. An empty Maximum Accounts becomes 200; the occupancy alert follows this limit. Nameserver accepts four entries.
- **Hosting Package**: Required under the product's Automation → Module Configuration. Select an existing Enhance plan by name. If the list cannot load, enter the plan name; check resource limits.

## Tasks

### Connecting the Server

1. Complete **Connection Information** and click **Test Connection** in the server summary.
2. The test reads the master organisation's customer list. Check success; it does not verify provisioning or every tool permission.
3. Complete **Identity and Capacity** and click **Add New Server**. Check the list entry; use **Save Changes** when editing.

### Mapping a Hosting Product

1. Choose **Enhance** under the hosting product's **Automation → Module Assignment**.
2. Under **Server Configuration**, select an active **Single Server** or **Server Group**. Use matching plan names across group members.
3. Select **Module Configuration → Hosting Package**. The plan fills **Resource Limits**; set pricing and currency separately.
4. Keep the first product hidden with **Automatic Setup** disabled. Click **Save Changes** and check saved selections.

The plan list does not import products or prices. The module creates no custom order requirements, saleable add-ons or usage-based billing settings. A new service needs a domain. Multiple services for one customer can share an Enhance organisation.

### Importing Websites

1. On the saved server's **Import** tab, click **List Results**. The list includes nested customer organisations and shows one row per website.
2. Map selected sites to customers, products, cycles and dates. Check domains and existing service links.
3. Click **Import** below the list. Check records under **Linked Services**; organisation, subscription and website links are retained.

### Subscription and Tool Management

Open the service's **Management → Overview** for disk, bandwidth, status and resource counts. Creation, suspension, unsuspension, termination and plan changes are supported. Operation dialogs are covered in [Service Management](https://docs.wisecp.com/en/service-management).

Changing **Management → Settings → Hosting Package** updates the subscription's plan. Panel login provides a one-time session as the organisation owner. The module does not offer service password changes or independent account limit overrides.

Select tools under the server's **Preferences → Client Area Preferences** and click **Save Changes**. Product and service preferences also apply. Customers open their service's **Management** tab.

Tools: File Manager, FTP Accounts, Backups, Databases, Remote Database, phpMyAdmin, Addon Domains, Subdomains, DNS Zone Editor, Email Accounts, Email Forwarders, Webmail, PHP Version, PHP INI Editor, Cron Jobs, SSL Management and IP Blocker.

File operations, upload/download and ZIP compression are supported; archives extract into their own directory. FTP quotas are unavailable. Database usernames cannot be renamed. Remote database access supports addition/deletion, without notes or editing. phpMyAdmin requires an Enhance phpMyAdmin platform website on the control panel domain.

Backups support listing, creation and restoration, without download/deletion. SSL deletion and cron notification email are unavailable. PHP version applies to the whole website; addon domains and subdomains share its environment. Email, DNS, SSL and file operations change the actual site. Review an existing test service's overview and tools before enabling automatic provisioning.

Usage displays read subscription resources; there is no periodic price or catalog synchronization. After changing plans in Enhance, review WISECP product limits and prices separately.

## Things to Watch

> **Subscription Scope**
>
> Suspension and termination affect the subscription, potentially including other websites on it. Termination uses Enhance's soft-deletion process; this does not replace a permanent backup. Restoration changes existing data. Hosting, licensing and backup storage may incur charges.

## Required Permissions

Server settings require **MODULES_SERVERS_SETTINGS**; product editing requires **PRODUCTS_OPERATION**. Service permissions and Enhance token permissions also apply.
