# Clients (Without Active Service)

https://docs.wisecp.com/de/clients-without-active-service

Active client accounts with nothing running, sorted by what happened before, so you can see who is worth going back to.

## Opening the Screen

WAnalytics has its own entry in the admin menu. Open it, choose **Clients** in the left rail, then **Without Services**.

Direct address: `{admin}/wanalytics/clients/by-without-service`

## What Is on the Screen

The report reads top to bottom in three blocks.

- **Figures**: **Clients**, how many accounts have no active service and fall into one of the three categories below, and **Never Ordered**, how many of them never bought anything.
- **Service Categories**: The same clients split by what their service history looks like, each with its count and its share.
- **Clients (Without Active Service)**: The list itself, with its own filter, search box and download button.

This report has no date range. It reads the accounts as they stand right now.

### Service Categories

A client lands in the first category that fits, reading down this list. An account that fits none of them stays off the report.

- **Never Ordered**: The account has no service record at all, not even a cancelled one.
- **Cancelled**: The account has at least one cancelled service.
- **Expired**: Nothing was cancelled, but at least one service has expired.

### The Client List

One row per client, five columns.

- **Client**: Name and company. It opens the client record when your role may view clients. Blacklisted accounts also carry a shield button with the reason behind the mark. Accounts with an administrator note carry a note button.
- **Service Status**: A badge with the category this account fell into.
- **Last Order**: The date of the most recent service record. It shows a dash for a client who never ordered.
- **Registered**: The date the account was created.
- **Last Activity**: When the client last signed in.

The list opens sorted by registration date, newest first. The three date columns can be re-sorted from their heading. The first click on a heading always sorts from the oldest, the second one reverses it.

## Fields

- **All Inactive Clients**: Narrows the list to one category. Optional; the default covers all three.
- **Search**: Matches the name, e-mail address and company name.
- **Rows per page**: 10, 25, 50, 100 or all. It sits under the list and starts at 10.

## Tasks

**Build a win-back list**

1. Open the filter above the list and choose **Expired** or **Cancelled**.
2. Click the **Last Order** heading twice to put the most recent departures at the top.
3. You now have the clients who bought once and stopped, in the order they left.

**Find accounts that never bought**

1. Choose **Never Ordered** in the filter.
2. The newest sign-ups are already at the top. Click **Registered** only if you want the oldest ones first.
3. A recent registration with no order is usually a stalled sign-up, not a lost client.

**Take the list out of the panel**

1. Click the download icon, a downward arrow next to the search box, then choose CSV, JSON or XML.
2. For a document instead, click **Download as PDF** at the top right of the report.
3. The export carries the whole filtered list; the PDF carries the figures, the categories and the list.

## Things to Watch

> **One active service is enough to leave the list**
>
> A client with a single active service is off the report, even if everything else was cancelled years ago. The reverse is not true: having nothing active is not enough on its own to get on it.

> **Suspended and pending services stay out**
>
> Only the three categories above are counted. A client whose services are all suspended, waiting or in progress is off the report, even though nothing is running for them. Go through the service list separately for that group when you build a win-back list.

> **Only active accounts are listed**
>
> Blocked and inactive accounts are left out, even when they have no service. Restricted accounts belong to the banned clients report instead.

## Required Privileges

The whole of WAnalytics opens with one privilege: `WANALYTICS`. Two things on this screen follow your other permissions. The client name is a link only if you may view client records, and the download button appears only if you may export lists.
